s~/Jr-"~0~~ <br />SC.~ <br />ATTAC;EIlVIENT 5 <br />Emergency Preparedness Improvements <br />Orange County Schools <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 <br />of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is hereby <br />adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized provides funds to prepare district facilities for emergency <br />management including fire alarm systems, fire extinguisher certification, increased security, <br />and backup power. Proceeds from the Schools' share ofpay-as-you-go capital funds fmance <br />this project. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby duetted to proceed with the project within the budget <br />contained herein. <br />Section 3. This ordinance supersedes all previous Emergency Preparedness Improvements Capital <br />Project Ordinances for the Orange County Schools System. <br />Section 6.
