Commissioner Richard Whitted arrived <br />during discussion of Agenda Item 3. <br />Commissioners absent: Commissioner Norman W31ker. <br />Agenda Item 1: Agenda N~dificatian <br />Commissioner Barnes placed discussion of Agenda Item 12 prior to <br />Agenda Item 4 in order to accommodate Mr. Baker's schedule. <br />Commissioner Willhoit announced he would not be present for the afternoon <br />session. <br />Commissioner Barnes added three (3) announcements to Agenda Item 18. <br />Agenda Item 2: Audience Comments <br />A. There were no comments from the audience regarding items on this <br />Agenda. <br />B. There were'no'•commerlt5 from the audience regarding items not on this <br />Agenda. <br />Agenda Item 3: Clerk Submits Minutes for a Meetin Weld <br />December 1980 and December 9, 1980, <br />for Eoard Consideration <br />Commissioner Gustaveson moved and Commissioner Willhoit seconded that the <br />M-"r:nutes df December 1 be approved as corrected. Vote: Ayes, 4; Noes, 0. <br />(Commissioner Whitted entered during the correction discussion.) <br />Commissioner Gustaveson moved and ,Commissioner Willhoit seconded ,the Minutes <br />of December 9, 1980, be approved as corrected..
