o~~ - ao10 - ~ 13 <br />6 <br />~p~s~dsa~ oaf a z f t~ rc7 <br />Partnership Academy (Alternative School) <br />Orange County Schools ~ yD~ <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized provides funds to construct an addition of approximately <br />3,000 sq. ft. of classroom and storage space at the alternative school for Orange <br />County Schools. Proceeds from the lottery proceeds fund this project. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within <br />the budget contained herein. <br />Section 3. This ordinance supersedes all previous Partnership Academy (Alternative School) <br />Capital Project Ordinances for the Orange County Schools. <br />Section 6. This ordinance shall remain in effect until closed by action of the Board of County <br />Commissioners. <br />Adopted this 2nd day of February 2010. <br />
