~~ <br />MINUTES <br />ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />MARCH 15 , 19'19 <br />The Board ofi County Commissioners met in special session on <br />Thursday, March 15, 1979, at 1:00 p. m., in the Pine Room, of the Carolina <br />Inn, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. <br />Members present: Commissioners Richard Whetted, Norman Gustaveson, <br />Anne Barnes and Don Willhoit. <br />Members absent: Commissioner.Norman Walker. <br />• Other persons present: Mr. •B. B. Olive, Mr. Tom Schoenbaum, Mr. <br />E1ia~So1di , Mr. Charles W. Johnston, Mr. Curtis Booker, Mrs. Gerald Womble, <br />Mr. Roger Bernholz, Mr. Geoffrey Gledhill, County Manager, Clerk to the <br />Board and Mr. Joe Bradshaw. <br />Commissioner Barnes moved, seconded by Commissioner Gustaveson, <br />the Board move into executive session. Vote: ayes, 4; noes, 0, <br />Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Whitted, <br />the Board authorize the Attorneys to file a Notice to appeal the Order of <br />Judge Braswell. Vote: ayes, 4; noes, 0. <br />Commissioner 4lhitted opened the meeting to the public to announce <br />the Board's action. <br />Mr. Charles W. Johnston announced his and his wife's intent to <br />file Notice of Appeal. <br />Mr. Curtis R. Booker announced his and his wife's intent to <br />file Notice of Appeal. <br />Mr. Roger Bernholz said SHApE~had previously announced its <br />intent to file Notice of Appeal. <br />There being no further business the meetin was adjourned. <br />i.~~ ! , <br />"Richard E.
