Public Comments <br /> a. Matters not on the Printed Agenda <br /> Susan Walser with Orange County Voice said that she and four others would like to <br /> speak. She asked the Chair to set the timer for 15 minutes and they would all speak during <br /> this time. Chair Foushee said that they would each have three minutes. <br />
