Foushee, and Commissioners <br /> Alice M. Gordon, Barry Jacobs, Pam Hemminger and Steve Yuhasz <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Mike Nelson, Bernadette Pelissier <br /> COUNTY ATTORNEYS PRESENT: Geoffrey Gledhill <br /> COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: County Manager Laura Blackmon, Assistant County <br /> Managers Willie Best and Gwen Harvey, and Deputy Clerk to the Board David Hunt (All other <br /> staff members will be identified appropriately below) <br /> NOTE: ALL DOCUMENTS REFERRED TO IN THESE MINUTES ARE IN THE PERMANENT <br /> AGENDA FILE IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE. <br /> Chair Foushee called the meeting to order at 7:14 PM. <br /> 1. Additions or Changes to the Agenda <br /> Chair Foushee went through the items at the County Commissioners' places. <br /> - Orange sheet— refers to item 4-b-4 <br /> - Map for item 5-b <br /> - Map for item 5-c <br /> - Memo from Commissioner Gordon for item 6-a <br /> - Tan sheet— refers to item 6-a <br /> - Lavender sheet— update on the Federal Stimulus Project <br /> - Yellow sheet— Orange County Revaluation <br /> - Pink sheet— property subject to potential divestiture <br /> Chair Jacobs asked to add a presentation from staff regarding an update on the 2009 <br /> Revaluation process and a closed session: <br /> "To consult with the Attorney retained by the Board in order to preserve the Attorney- <br /> Client privilege between the Attorney and the Board." <br /> The presentation by staff will be item 3-a, and the presentation by Durham Technical <br /> Community College will be item 3-b. <br /> Commissioners Pelissier and Nelson were not in attendance. <br /> PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> The Chair dispensed with the reading of the public charge. <br />
