Whitted'stated that he had received a call from Mabel Chavis relative to a drainage problem that was causing considerable damage to her property, The culvert was clogged and the ditching was inadequate. Tha Board of Commissioners then dlseussed the proposed Schedule and Standard of Values to be applied to property being appraised under the provisions of General Statutes lps-277.2, This schedule had been originally submitted to the Board of Commissioners.
