<br />That whereas, Orange County owns a large tract of land located
<br />on the BPland-Cedar Grove oad, andwe~e..ecs the cable line of American Telephone and Tele -
<br />gra-•h Company passes over said property snd whereas the said -+~eriQan Telpehona~~and .'ale
<br />graph Company, t^.-ve~:egotiated with the said Board of Commissioners cf Orange CoUnty,for the
<br />purchase of a small tract of land on the said Lfland-Cedar. Grove Road containing approxi-
<br />mately one-half;#) an :cre,nois therefore,be itresolved:

<br />convey to American Telephone and' Telegraph Company said parcel of land containing approxi-
