Bennett, and Commissioners William C, <br />Ray, Henry S. Walker, Ira A. Ward and C. Norman Walker. <br />I4embers Absent: None <br />Chairman. Bennett recognized Bob Robbins, Project Manager of the James <br />Laird Company. Mr. Robbins reviewed the property revaluation work hie company <br />was conducting in Orange County and he atresaed the value of rural properties. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board the meeting <br />was adjourned to meet again on Monday, January 17, 1972. <br />Harvey D, Bennett, Chairman <br />S. Bennett, and Commiasionera William <br />C. Ray, Henry S. Walker, Tra A. «ard and C. Norman Walker. <br />Members Absent: None <br />Chairman Bennett recognized Bob Robbins and discussion an sued relative <br />to the urban land value and the single unit house value. Mr. Robbins was <br />asked to prepare and discuss commercial and industrial land values at the <br />February 1st Board meeting. <br />The'County_Admini~tratab'pr®setited a.: document entitled "Memorandum of <br />Understanding Hstween the North Carolina Agricultural FS~tension Service, <br />North Carolina State University and the I3oard of County Commissioners". <br />Chairman Bennett was authorized to sign said document. <br />There being na further buaineas to come before the Board the meeting was <br />adjourned. <br />Harvey D.
