Walker, it was moved and adopted, that Chairman Bennett be authorized to sign <br />the following documents: A Protect Measures Work Plan Agreement with the Orsnge <br />Soil and Water Conservation District, and the Soil Conservation Service, USDA, <br />A Project Measures Agreement and An Operation and Maintenance Agreement for <br />sediment atruoture #~3 with the Soil Conservation Service, USDA. <br />There being no further business to coma before the Board the meeting was <br />adjourned to meet again on Monday, June 28, 1971. <br />Harvey D.
