The grant application process is open for two full months. During these two months, <br /> three training sessions are hosted throughout the County and the OCAC Director is <br /> available for one-on-one meetings. An "early review" deadline is offered one week ahead <br /> of the due date, allowing applicants to have staff review applications and receive <br /> feedback. <br /> 2. After the due date, the OCAC Director conducts an initial compliance review. <br /> Applications are checked for insufficient/missing financial documents, missing work <br />
