The current contract term expires on June <br /> 30, 2026. Continuation of these services ensures communication and operational efficiency <br /> across departments. Staff recommends renewal of the contract for an additional 12-month term <br /> (July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027), under the same terms and conditions. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: The County's annual payment of $110,646 was included in the FY 2026- <br /> 27 Manager's recommended budget <br /> ALIGNMENT WITH STRATEGIC PLAN: This item supports: <br /> • MISSION STATEMENT — Orange County is a visionary leader in providing governmental <br /> services valued by our community, beyond those required by law, in an equitable, <br /> sustainable, innovative and efficient way. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the contract <br /> renewal with OE Enterprises for courier services for FY 2026-27 and authorize the Manager to <br /> sign as necessary. <br />
