This Board also adopts rules for the ABC system and <br /> has the authority to hire and dismiss employees. <br /> The Board of County Commissioners appoints all five (5) At-Large members. <br /> The following individuals are recommended for Board consideration: <br /> NAME SPECIAL TYPE OF EXPIRATION <br /> REPRESENTATIVE APPOINTMENT DATE <br /> TERM <br /> Melvin Green At-Large Second Full Term 06/30/2029 <br /> Josmell Perez At-Large First Full Term 06/30/2029 <br /> Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 1813-700, the Board of Commissioners shall designate <br /> a member of the local ABC Board to serve as Chair.
