1
ORANGE COUNTY
BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
ACTION AGENDA ITEM ABSTRACT
Meeting Date: April 7, 2026
Action Agenda
Item No. 8-m
SUBJECT: Construction Contract Change Amendment for Piedmont Food Processing
Center HVAC Replacement
DEPARTMENT: Asset Management Services,
Finance and Administrative
Services
ATTACHMENT(S): INFORMATION CONTACT:
1. Construction Contract Change Angel Barnes, 919.245.2628
Amendment Jovana Amaro, 919.245.2651
2.
