Welcome.Tracy started the meeting and wished the group a Happy New Year. <br /> 2. Introductions and Announcements <br /> 3. Approval of Minutes—December 9, 2025. The minutes were approved. <br /> Director's Report <br /> 4. Staff Updates <br /> a. Seymour Center Facility Manager—Kristin Tinnen was promoted from the Evening <br /> Facility Manager position. <br /> b. Request to Fill submitted for Seymour Center Evening Facility Manager. Waiting <br /> for County Manager's approval to post job listing. <br /> 5. Preparing for CPAAA Annual Monitoring visit—Feb. 3-4. This monitoring will include: <br /> Health Promotion Programs, Senior Center Operations, Info &Assistance, &Options <br /> Counseling; 2 grants: PEAS and Choosing Home. <br /> 6. All Ages All Stages Multi-Sector Plan on Aging Retreat—Jan. 15. Janice co-leads the <br /> Strengthening Community for a Lifetime group, which includes Housing, Connectivity and <br /> Digital Equity, Social Determinants of Health and Age Friendly and Adult Protective <br /> Services. <br /> 7. Carol Woods Residents meeting—February 11 —`Thank you'for charitable gift supporting <br /> the Master Aging Plan. BOCC Chair Jean Hamilton will be presenting. Janice will host an <br /> information table about our department for the Carol Woods residents. <br /> 8. Internal County Roadshow—January 28.We will be tabling. <br /> 9. 100t"Aging Well Together Radio Show—Feb. 5. Janice and Marilyn will be the guests. <br /> 10. VITA Tax Assistance appointments open on January 12. Service runs from Feb. 1 — <br />
