Yes No. If yes, the amended date of substantial completion is: <br />_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />Full Description of Change: Deconstruct and remove the existing water source heat pump from the attic space. <br /> <br />Reason for Change: This work was not originally shown on the plans due to the location and concerns with removing the old unit from the attic. Since <br />the award we have created a plan that would allow the equipment to be removed and would open the attic space for more access to existing equipment <br />that is remaining within the attic.
