NCDOT Petition Information for Road Deletion <br /> <br />Pat Mallett, 919-245-2577 <br />Jack Moran, 919-245-2571 <br />Cy Stober, 919-245-2585 <br />PURPOSE: To make a recommendation to the North Carolina Department of Transportation <br />(NCDOT) and the North Carolina Board of Transportation (NC BOT) concerning a petition to add <br />Sehon Circle and Lucia Lane to the State Maintained Secondary Road system and remove a <br />portion of Tinnin Road (SR 1313) from that same State system. These roads are located with the <br />Tinnin Woods Subdivision in Orange County’s jurisdiction. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: This request includes an NCDOT petition for two (2) road additions to the State <br />Maintained Secondary Road System.
