1 <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> ACTION AGENDA ITEM ABSTRACT <br /> Meeting Date: June 17, 2025 <br /> Action Agenda <br /> Item No. 8-f <br /> SUBJECT: Approval of the Visitors Bureau's FY 2025-26 Agreement with Media Two <br /> Interactive, LLC <br /> DEPARTMENT: Economic Development/Visitors <br /> Bureau <br /> ATTACHMENT(S): INFORMATION CONTACT: <br /> 2025-2026 Agreement Between Orange Laurie Paolicelli, 919-245-4322 <br /> County Visitors Bureau and Media <br /> Two Interactive, LLC for a Digital <br /> Media Campaign <br /> PURPOSE: To approve a services agreement for a digital media leisure campaign with Media <br /> Two Interactive, LLC for FY 2025-26. <br /> BACKGROUND: For the past decade, Media Two Interactive has served as the media buying <br /> partner for the Orange County Visitors Bureau under the subcontracted direction of Clean, Inc. <br /> Moving forward, Media Two will work directly with Visitors Bureau staff to streamline <br /> communication, enhance strategic alignment, and improve responsiveness to evolving market <br /> conditions. <br /> This transition reflects a broader initiative to strengthen accountability, transparency, and <br /> performance-based decision-making in tourism marketing. In today's increasingly digital <br /> landscape, the ability to monitor and adjust advertising strategies in real time is critical to <br /> maintaining competitiveness and ensuring the effective use of public funds. Media Two will now <br /> provide regular, detailed reporting on campaign performance, including metrics related to reach, <br /> engagement, conversions, and return on investment. These insights will inform future strategy <br /> and support data-driven adjustments as needed. Media Two is headquartered in Raleigh, North <br /> Carolina, and brings extensive experience in digital media strategy, optimization, and tourism <br /> promotion. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: The contract cost for FY 2025-26 is $200,000. This amount is included in <br /> the Manager's Recommended FY 2025-26 budget, and this contract requires no further <br /> appropriation of funds. <br /> ALIGNMENT WITH STRATEGIC PLAN: This item supports: <br /> • GOAL 6: DIVERSE AND VIBRANT ECONOMY <br /> OBJECTIVE 4.
