Revised 04/23 <br />1 <br /> [Departmental Use Only] <br /> TITLE VisitorBureau_Door <br /> FY 2024-2025 <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT NO RFP/RFQ <br /> <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br /> <br /> This Services Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”), made and entered into this 19th day of <br />May, 2025, (“Effective Date”) by and between Orange County, North Carolina a political <br />subdivision of the State of North Carolina (hereinafter, the "County") and Jacobs Glass <br />Company, (hereinafter, the "Provider"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> That the County and Provider, for the consideration herein named, do hereby agree as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. Services <br /> <br />a. Scope of Work. <br /> <br />i) This Agreement is for services to be rendered by Provider to County with respect <br />to (insert type of project): Install Automatic Operator with Bollard Post at the <br />Visitor's Bureau located at 308 West Franklin Street. Mooney Bldg - (1) Automatic <br />LCN 4642 push side door (INTERIOR SIDE OF DOOR). - (2) 433 mhz receivers. - <br />(1) 4 ½” actuator button with text. - (1) Bollard Post to be mounted on brick paver - <br />(2) surface mounted actuator housing - (2) wireless transmitters EXCLUSIONS: - <br />High voltage wiring is excluded - After hours / weekend work- Moving of signage <br />(if needed) and/or motion sensors is excluded and to be by others - Integration of <br />locksets with automatic operator is excluded and to be by others (access control). - <br />Brick pavers need to be strong enough to accept anchors for bollard post mounting. <br />If reinforcement is needed for bricks, this will be excluded per this quote. <br /> <br />ii) By executing this Agreement, the Provider represents and agrees that Provider is <br />qualified to perform and fully capable of performing and providing the services <br />required or necessary under this Agreement in a fully competent, professional and <br />timely manner. <br /> <br />iii) Time is of the essence with respect to this Agreement. <br /> <br />iv) The services to be performed under this Agreement consist of Basic Services, as <br />described and designated in Section 3 hereof. Compensation to the Provider for <br />Basic Services under this Agreement shall be as set forth herein. <br /> <br />2. Responsibilities of the Provider <br /> <br />a. Services to be provided.
