<br />1 <br />State of North Carolina <br />Orange County <br /> <br />License Agreement Between <br /> <br />TABLE Ministries, Inc <br />And <br />Orange County <br /> <br /> <br />THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) made and entered into as of June 1, 2025 by and <br />between Orange County, a political subdivision of the State of North Carolina (“COUNTY), and <br />TABLE Ministries, Inc., a 501(c)(3) incorporated in the State of North Carolina (“TABLE”). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Orange County owns (the “Property”) approximately three acres of land at the <br />southeastern entrance to the future Twin Creeks “Moniese Nomp” Park, located at 8022 Old NC <br />86, Chapel Hill NC 27516, and further described as a part of Orange County PIN number <br />9860843227 as shown on the map at Exhibit A; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, TABLE wishes to have access to and to use such space in order to expand and <br />develop its operations, as further described in Exhibit B (“Purpose”); <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the COUNTY wishes to provide use of such property to TABLE for a limited period <br />of time under the terms and conditions set forth herein; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the recitals above and of the following mutual <br />promises, covenants, and conditions and any sums to be paid, TABLE and the COUNTY agree as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. Use of Property. The COUNTY hereby grants TABLE the right to use the space, <br />located on the property described above and as shown in Exhibit A, in accordance with <br />the terms and conditions of this Agreement for a period of three years, beginning June 1, <br />2025 (the “Use Period”). This license to use the Facility is limited to use in connection with <br />the Purpose. <br /> <br />2. The Property is licensed on an ‘as-is/where-is’ basis. The COUNTY makes no <br />representations regarding any environmental hazard on the property. <br /> <br />3. Termination of Use. Upon the expiration of the Use Period (including any extensions <br />thereof) or earlier termination as provided for herein, TABLE will vacate the Property, will <br />return any keys to the COUNTY, will ensure that the Facility is surrendered, and will have <br />no further rights to use the Property. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: E79A8BDE-1CFC-4438-8134-B9F0C70B7053
