The three governing boards and the O'fiASA Board agree to provide adequate and <br />timely opporttmity for each board to comment on proposed estabiishmeat or <br />ameadsieat of policies, and on proposed actiams having policy implications, <br />pertaiafag to but not necessarily liaoited to the topics in 1. above. <br />3. Each board vi11 arrange to have the agendas for all of its sreetiags mailed tv <br />the Chair of the requesting board and to the appointed chief adseiaistxative <br />officzal of such body. Mailing of additional materials such as agendas of <br />+vajor eommittees, Plasuing Boards, etc. ie eacauraged. <br />Each board agrees to distribute topics of quarterly sad sannal reports to the <br />other parties.
