This agreement <br />would provide the guidelines for communicating on a regular basis to <br />provide each governmental entity information regarding policy matters <br />affecting their mutual interests. The agreement lists some of the items <br />that may be discussed but is not inclusive of all items that may be <br />discussed. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve the Memorandum of Understanding and authorize <br />the Chair to sign the agreement jointly with Chapel Hill, Carrbaro and <br />OWASA. <br />
