3 <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Marshall, seconded by Commissioner <br />Carey to continue the public hearing to April 7 , 1986. <br />VOTE: VPTANIMOUS. <br />PITBLIC HEARING ON SCOTSWOOD <br />Mot on was made by Combaieeioner Lloyd, seconded by Commssioner <br />Marshall to adjourn the public hearing to March 25, 1986, 7:30 p.m. in <br />superior Courtroom, Hillsborough, North Carolina. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />F.
