This draft was previously <br />provided to the BOCC, and a copy is also attached to this abstract. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with consideration of the <br />proposed guidelines. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board review and discuss the <br />proposed guidelines, make any necessary modifications, and approve the guidelines as <br />revised. <br /> <br />
