The <br />Commissioners requested that the Recreation and Parks Advisory <br />Committee (RPAC) review the policy and make a recommendation on the <br />following specific areas of concern: <br />(1) Damage deposit established at $50 per reservation <br />(2) Issuing Keys to non-County staff <br />(3) County staffing in attendance at all events in <br />County facilities <br />These concerns are addressed in the attached memorandum from MaryAnne <br />Moore. <br />In addition to addressing the above mentioned concerns, RPAC also made <br />the following recommendations to the Commissioners: <br />1. The County should provide telephones at all County <br />recreation and park facilities so that patrons can <br />
