r.• <br />the breakage, loss or damage to the facility and equipment <br />. and shall bear the full replacement cost for such breakage, <br />loss or damage. <br />3. All programs or activities in County facilities must <br />conclude by 11 p.m., unless special permission from the <br />responsible department is given. <br />4. The number of individuals attending functions in County <br />facilities shall not exceed the limits as established by <br />the County Fire Marshall. <br />5. The responsible department may make further rules regarding <br />the serving of refreshments, use of equipment, and the <br />process for making the reservation. <br />6. Kitchens, where provided, are for food warming and serving <br />only. Preparation of meals and cooking is prohibited. <br />7. It is the responsibility of the organization using the <br />facility to set up the tables and chairs for their use. <br />E. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS <br />1. Orange County reserves the right to make cancellations at <br />any time. Cancellation notices will be issued as far in <br />advance as possible. All reservation/damage deposits and <br />usage fees will be returned in full if cancellation is <br />initiated by Orange County. <br />2. Cancellation may be initiated by party making a reservation <br />up to thirty days prior to scheduled use date without <br />liability. All cancellation notices must be submitted in <br />writing to the responsible department and received a <br />minimum of 30 days prior to the reservation to receive a <br />refund. All cancellations made within thirty days of the <br />scheduled use date will result in forfeiture of <br />reservation/damage deposit. <br />3. Should a facility be closed due to inclement weather or <br />other unforeseen circumstances, the person or group making <br />the reservation will be given the option to reschedule. If <br />no suitable date can be rescheduled, full refunds of <br />reservation/damage deposit and/or usage fees will be given. <br />F.
