They <br />did comment that any approved document should refer to our department <br />as the "Recreation and Parks Department" and that the facilities <br />affected should be listed by their correct/official name to <br />avoid confusion (see attached.) RPAC also agreed to all changes made <br />on the attached which are cosmetic/operational, not policy-oriented. <br /> <br />cc: RPAC Members <br />John M.
