Several years of <br />experience with Superfund and RCRA operations with a focus on air impacts. <br />From 1976 to 1992, conducted workshops for EPA and State Agencies on Source <br />Sampling, Source Inspection, and Permitting. Conducted inspections of facilities for EPA <br />under contract in all 10 EPA regions. Reviewed and wrote permits for government <br />agencies (EPA, VA and ID)and conducted emission inventories for a number of large <br />facilties including the Savannah River Site and Argonne National Laboratories. Provided <br />permit application support for various industrial facilities from 1989 to 1992. Also <br />conducted Superfund site evaluations and computer modeling of impacts from <br />operations and remedial alternatives. <br />From 1993 to 1997, completed permit applications and modeling for <br />commercial/industrial and DoD sites throughout southeast US. <br />From 1998 to Present, NC Division of Air Quality, Technical Services Section.
