Contracts <br />covering sponsorships secured would be reviewed by the County Attorney and brought to the <br />Board for approval. A services agreement for Ms. Reynolds outlining the scope of services and <br />fees is attached for consideration. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: $150,000 in revenue is the target for this contract. If successful this <br />would match the $150,000 challenge grant offered by Sports Endeavors for a total net gain of <br />$300,000. Fees payable for the fund raising contract, if fully earned, would not exceed <br />$30,000 and would be paid from incoming sponsorship monies earned. If no funds were <br />raised no fees would be paid to the contractor. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board approve the contract with <br />Diane Reynolds for fundraising services and authorize the Manager to sign pending review by <br />the County Attorney. <br />
