55 <br />B. Payments to the County <br />113. The University shall make payments to the County based on the heating energy <br />content of all Gas Sold. Such payments shall consist of the Flare Payment and the Conversion <br />Payment, as calculated in accordance with Su~arts C and D of this Article VII. Payment for Gas Flared <br />115. The University shall continuously mornitor the LFG at Meter Points A and B, and <br />such LFG will be measured, retarded, and totalized on an hourly, daily and monthly basis. The <br />heating energy content of the LFG delivered to the flare shall be based on its measured monthly <br />methane content at Meter Point B. The methane content shall be measured in scf/month and shall <br />be equal to the product of (a) the percent methane by volume, and (b) the LFG measured in <br />scfJmonth at Meter Point B (the "Meter Point B Methane Content").
