The operation, maintenance, and repair of the LFG Project shall be the sole responsibility and undertaken at the sole cost and expense of the University (and its contractors and agents) and shall be performed by the University, its employees, agents and subcontractors (i) in compliance with all LFG Project Permits and applicable Laws and (ii) in accordance with good engineering practices and industry standards. The University assumes the risk of the delivery conditions (including the rate of flow, vacuum and pressure of delivery), quantity and quality of LFG. 62.
