Gordon Battle Courtroom at 106 East Margaret Lane, Hillsborough, NC 27278. A public <br />notice will be posted on the premises at least ten (10) days before the hearing, and a legal <br />advertisement will appear in the Durham Herald and the News of Orange for two successive <br />weeks with the first notice appearing not less than ten (10) days nor more than twenty-five (25) <br />days prior to the public hearing. <br />This notice is being sent to you because your property is either included in this rezoning <br />or it is within 500 feet of the property proposed for a zoning classification amendment. This <br />notice is provided pursuant to N.C.
