41 <br />el Cr s- G-z-rf V4 <br />2 (b) CP-3-96 Land Use Plan.Amendment (Natural and Cultural Resources) <br />3 This item was presented by Marvin Collins to receive citizen comment on <br />.4 proposed amendments to the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan. Revisions were <br />5 proposed to the Inventory of Sites of Cultural, H Biological, and <br />istorical, Recreational, Bi6loc <br />6 Geological Significance in the Unincorporated Portions of Orange County and the "Water <br />7 Resources" section through which to implement, in part, the State's Water Supply Watershed <br />8 Protection Act of 1989. The proposed revisions were listed in their entirety. The limitations created by poor soils cause difficulty in getting preliminary soil <br />23 analysis approved by the Health Depart ' rhent..
