1.1.1 Mass-Summ/WaterweaUUCommbustion <br />In mass-burn vvatenwaU combustion, MSVV is placed directly into the system for <br />incineration with no pre-processing except for narnova| of identifiable white goods <br />(refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, etc.). Waste is placed onto a <br />grate at the bottom of combustion chamber in a furnace with walls built of water <br />tubes, as shown in Figure B-1.
