I don't think we have authority to specify they have to use particular detail. I would advise <br />the applicant to work with considerations the neighbors have raised. I would like to request that applicant <br />include neighbors in meeting of the'homeowner's association meeting as represented but non - voting. <br />MOTION made by Jay Bryan regarding construction traffic that the applicant place signs restricting <br />construction traffic to the eastern section of Cabe Ford Road marking the entrance to Cabe Crossing, <br />ensure that other vehicles not be parked or left over night on the shoulder of Cabe Ford Road, Grady Lane, <br />Virgie Lane; that there be street signs that mark the entrance to the subdivision stating that there is no turn <br />around at the western end of Cabe Ford Road.
