Solid Waste staff has conditionally approved the Subdivision Plan and related Information submitted or <br />this project per 311312008 subdivision plan from Phil Post and Associations subject to the following <br />condition: A Solid Waste Management Plan for Landclearing should be submitted prior to <br />construction. <br />ire construction Meeting Stipulation: <br />2. We recommend that the applicant be stipulated as a condition of permit issuance to hold the pre - demolition <br />and pre - construction conferences with Orange County Solid Waste staff. <br />Overhead wires: <br />3. We recommend the property owner address refuse service access in relation to the height of any overhead <br />wires at the entrance to the collection area.
