42 <br />73. The County is not obligated to deliver the Landfill Gas at any minimum flow rate <br />or pressure and shall not be obligated to install or operate any of the facilities (including <br />compression or vacuum facilities) to deliver the Landfill Gas. <br />74. The County has no obligation to (i) deliver or to sell any minimum amount of <br />LFG to the Delivery Point; (ii) treat, process or condition the Landfill , ~ .as, maintain or increase <br />... ^~3:,~,~r <br />the pressure of Landfill Gas delivered to the University, or (m)~~:;~t 11 any facilities (including <br />blowers or com ression facilities) or, subject to Para a h~ 70 an~.`'~.,, alter any landfilling <br />r _ <br />~.., <br />methods or practices relating to the production, collection or delivery of "e~r~~ _~ dfill Gas to the <br />~: <br />University. <br />75. The County shall not interfere with the University's Landfill Gas operations, <br />~~, <br />v;~~;,_. <br />except as such interference may be necesA~.,,_. ~ to comply with the Landfill Permits, by operation <br />sr~~h.. <br />of Laws, or for the protection of the <br />commercially reasonable efforts to advise the <br />or safety.
