<br />34. Higher Heating Value or HHV shall mean the amount of heat released when a
<br />known volume of methane is burned and shall equal 1012 BTUs per cubic foot of methane at one
<br />atmosphere pressure at 60 degrees Fahrenheit (60° F)
<br />35. Kyoto Protocol means the protocol to the UNFCCC ,adopted at the Third
<br />Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in
<br />Kyoto, Japan on December 11, 1997, as may be amended.
<br />36. Landfill means, collectively, the North Landfill and the South Landfill.

<br />Landfill.
