28
MonoN made by Judith Wegner to approve. Seconded by Renee Price.
VOTE: Unanimous
Steve Yuhasz: Just a couple of little things but in the conditions I'd like to mention. On page 233, a.3, language shall
be inserted into the Homeowner's Association declaration; there is no property that is going to be conveyed to
anyone other than Orange County so there may be not be a need for a Homeowner's Association in a case where
there wasn't a Homeowner's Association, I wouldn't want a condition of this kind that would require one to be
created.
Judith Wegner: Friendly amendment to my motion that language shall be inserted into the declaration striking the
reference to the Homeowner's Association.
Renee Price: Okay.
Steve Yuhasz: On H.1, regarding the certificate of survey has not been required to be notarizes for over 10 years so
the language needs to be taken out.
Judith Wegner: That is something that the ordinance needs to change.
Steve Yuhasz: That is a condition that would not be approved so we want to fulfill the conditions.
MonoN made by Judith Wegner to strike the notary requirement in H.1. Seconded by Jeffrey Schmitt.
VOTE: Unanimous
