10 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Orange County Board of <br />Commissioners that the Preliminary Plan for Lucas Farm at New Hope Subdivision is <br />approved in accordance with the abovementioned conditions and attached Preliminary <br />Plan dated July 9, 2008 as revised by surveyor Steve F.
