The County Commissioners have not approved the forms. Also, it is
clear that the consultant will do a more detailed analysis of all three sites.
Commissioner Nelson asked who would start conversations with owners of the properties,
especially OWASA, and Chair Jacobs said that he would like to contact these owners tomorrow.
Commissioner Gordon said that the County Commissioners need to be very clear with the
public about what is going to be done and that there are no surprises. She would like to have
complete transparency.
Chair Jacobs asked staff about sending notices to people who are within a certain
distance of a proposed site. He suggested that this be done even though it is not required.
Chair Jacobs said that any suggestions from the public should be sent to him or the Clerk
and all County Commissioners will see them.
7.
