Review of Class A Special Use Permit Proposing the Development of a <br /> Montessori School <br /> The Board considered taking action on a Class A Special Use Permit application <br /> proposing the development of a Montessori School at 711 Terry Road (SR 1573) in <br /> accordance with the provisions of Article Eight (8) Special Uses and Section 8.8.30 Schools: <br /> Elementary, Middle, and Secondary of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance, close the Public <br /> Hearing and begin deliberation and schedule BOCC action for the October 7, 2008 regular <br /> Board meeting. <br /> Chair Jacobs asked how this item was to be regarded and if it was like any other item. <br /> Geof Gledhill said that this is a special use permit only and the public hearing is still <br /> open for this.
