i <br />West Virginia <br />• With a D -2 permit this is possible for developers and remodelers. D-3 permits only <br />apply to an individual homeowner wishing to dispose of existing materials on the <br />owner's property. <br />Wisconsin <br />• Yes, under certain circumstances: (1) Developers may obtain permission from D.N.R. <br />for a one -time disposal of demolition waste; (2) developers may open a Small Demolition <br />Waste Landfill (see above); and (3) developers may use the following materials as fill: <br />clean soil, brick, building stone, concrete, re- enforced concrete, broken pavement, <br />unpainted or untreated wood, sand, gravel or stone, and similar nonmetallic earth <br />materials. <br />
