Chapter 9 • Transportation Element ~ 5 <br />*'•4 c <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 ' <br />6 The Orange Unified Transportation Board (OUTBoard) is made up of <br />7 94 citizens and two ex-officio liaisons from the Board of County <br />8 Commissioners.
