In <br /> 2001 Orange County voters approved a $4.0 million dollar Affordable <br /> Housing Bond referendum. Mixed-tenant housing and production of non-traditional <br /> housing types -- such as duplexes and single room occupancy (SRO) units <br /> are also encouraged.
