Remove existing ceiling light fixtures as follows: One (1) in Storage Closet, one (1) in <br />Bedroom #3, one (1) in tub/shower room of Master Bathroom, one (1) in shower room <br />of Hall Bathroom, and one (1) in Laundry closet. Repair existing electrical to <br />accommodate installation of new light fixtures at same locations. Supply and install <br />new ceiling light fixtures at same locations and connected to switches at existing <br />locations. Laundry closet light fixture to be fluorescent. Includes replacing associated <br />light switches. <br />8. Supply and install new electrical to accommodate installation of new "direct-wired" <br />smoke detectors in each of three Bedrooms. Supply and install new "direct-wire" <br />smoke detectors, all detectors to be inter-connected, complete. <br />9. Supply and install new electrical in Hall Bathroom and Master Bathroom tub/shower <br />rooms to accommodate installation of new ceiling-mounted exhaust fans. Supply and <br />install one new moisture-rated exhaust fan in each of two tub/shower rooms, vented <br />separately to exterior, complete. Separate fan switches to be located adjacent to <br />existing ceiling light switches in each tub/shower room. <br /> <br />10. Supply and install new doorbell for front door, complete. $ <br />11. Supply and install electrical to accommodate installation of new exterior porch light <br />adjacent to front door, with switch located inside adjacent to front door. Remove <br />existing rear porch light fixture and repair electrical to accommodate installation of new <br />exterior porch light fixture at same location. Supply and install one new single light <br />motion detector light fixture for each location, complete. All work to code. <br />E. MECHANICAL <br />1. Properly disconnect and remove existing heating system from crawlspace. Repair <br />electrical and gas to accommodate installation of new gas-fired HVAC split system. <br />Supply and install new gas-fired split HVAC system with SEER of 13 (minimum), <br />properly supported in crawlspace and all necessary components including heater, trunk <br />line, flex branch lines to all rooms, duct boots, sealing duct boots at floor penetration, <br />registers,. flex return line, return air grille and filter, condenser, condensate lines, <br />thermostat, complete. All ducting including trunk line, branch lines and return line to <br />be insulated to R-6 (minimum). Includes supply load calculations for appropriate <br />sizing of new unit. Includes repair existing openings in rear foundation .wall to <br />accommodate installation of new ducting to rear rooms of house. All work to code. <br />
