Confirm proper grounding, proper circuit distribution and separate circuits for HVAC, <br />refrigerator, microwave and laundry. Includes supply and install new electrical to <br />accommodate new A/C condenser unit located on left exterior of house. Includes <br />supply and install new arc fault interrupter circuits on Bedroom circuits. Includes <br />verify existing GFI circuits and outlets to Kitchen, Bathrooms and Laundry. Includes <br />verify one (1) "direct-wired" smoke detector in Hall. All circuits to be clearly <br />identified on subpanel. All work to code. <br />2. Replace one (1) damaged outlet in Master Bedroom. Replace missing switch cover <br />plate in Master Bedroom. Replace one (1) damaged outlet in Bedroom #3. Replace <br />damaged switch for Kitchen ceiling light fixture. All work complete and to restore to <br />proper working order. <br />3. Supply and install new electrical to accommodate installation new grounded three- <br />prong outlets as follows: One (1) in rear wall of Den, one (1) in rear wall of rear <br />Storage room and one (1) in front wall of rear Storage room. Supply and install new <br />outlets and cover plates, complete. Adjacent walls to remain intact. <br />4. Properly disconnect and remove existing loose junction box and light fixture in attic, <br />complete. <br />5. Supply and install new junction box properly wired for electrical connection on existing <br />wiring in crawlspace below Den, complete. Supply and install electrical to <br />accommodate installation of new light in crawlspace below Den/Storage with new <br />switch within 3 l.f. of access door. Supply .and install new light fixture and switch <br />control, complete. Re-secure existing wiring for light in crawlspace below Master <br />Bedroom. <br />6. Remove two wall-mounted light fixtures, one in Hall Bathroom and one in Master <br />Bathroom. Repair wall area above sink in each bathroom to accommodate installation <br />of one new wall-mounted light fixture and new separate surface-mounted medicine <br />cabinet centered over each sink. Supply and install one new wall-mounted light fixture <br />over each sink connected to switches at existing locations, complete. Includes <br />replacing associated light switches. <br />
