NOTE: After existing roof cover is <br />removed, if further damage is discovered the Owner, Contractor and Rehabilitation <br />Specialist will meet to review the work, determine a course of action and, if necessary, <br />a cost for any additional work. Supply and install new shingle-style ridge vent. <br />Replace flashing including all valley flashing, metal nosing, vent boots, metal drip <br />edge, etc.. All vents, flashing, and other metal surfaces to blend with color of roof. Seal <br />all penetrations through roof with waterproof material. Supply and install new 25 year <br />(minimum) composition shingle roof cover over 15# felt on main house, complete. <br />Supply and install new rubber roof over Storage Room and Den, properly blended into <br />adjacent composition shingle roof cover. Style and color to be per Owner selection. <br />Owner to arrange for removal and re-install of TV satellite dish. Existing gutters on <br />front of house to be cleaned and remain intact. Contractor to supply owner with written <br />warranty for materials and labor. All work to code. <br /> <br />2. Remove existing gutter on rear of house and downspout on right front corner of house. <br />Supply and install new seamless white pre-painted metal Ogee style gutters on rear and <br />left side of house with at least one downspout for each gutter and one downspout for <br />every 30' of gutter. Supply and install new gutter guards on all gutters (new and <br />existing). Supply and install new downspout on right front corner gutter. Each roof <br />valley to have diverter at bottom adjacent to gutter. Each grade level downspout shall <br />have a splash block to divert water away from house. <br />C. PLUMBING <br />Repair existing water supply line to accommodate installation of new main shut-off <br />valve and pressure reducer valve located inside main crawlspace within 3 lineal feet of <br />crawlspace access opening. Supply and install new main shut-off valve and new <br />pressure reducer valve incorporated into existing plumbing and restore to proper <br />working order, complete. <br />2. Supply and install pipe insulation on existing exposed water lines in crawlspace, <br />complete. <br />3. Re-secure existing hose faucet on front of house. <br />
