Prepare all painted surfaces for paint. Clean and prime with an oil <br />based primer. Paint trim with semi-gloss latex paint. All paint to <br />cover completely. <br />CENTER FRONT BEDROOM <br />1. Install a new 1 3/8" interior door to match. Install new hinges and <br />privacy lockset. Door to open, close and lock properly. <br />MISCELLANEOUS: <br />1. Insta114" house numbers to the left of the front door. Install the <br />numbers on a section of pressure treated decking board. Prime and <br />paint the decking board with white semi-gloss latex paint. <br />attach to brick with masonry screws. Owner to approve location. <br />2. Add six (6) yards of soil around the foundation in the following locations. <br />Along the entire rear of the unit and on both side of the front porch. <br />Install two vent wells on the back of the unit. Soil to be sloped away <br />from the unit to provide positive drainage. Seed and straw areas. <br />3. Fill the cracked mortar joints in the following locations. Right side <br />below both windows, rear wall at ground level. Refer to Rehabilitation <br />Specialist for location. Apply masonry mortar or an approved <br />masonry caulk. <br />FLOOR FRAMING: (FRONT SECTION) <br />1. Double the floor joists along the entire length of unit. Insta112x8 <br />pressure treated lumber. Remove and install X bracing along <br />the front section. Install 2x8 pressure treated blocking and double the <br />band along the entire front section. NOTE: Blocking to double band to <br />be installed after all new floor joists are installed. Properly nail <br />floors joists at girder and front band. <br /> <br />
