All paint to cover completely. <br />BEDROOM FLOORS: <br />Prepare all bedrooms for a new vinyl floor. Remove all shoe molding. <br />Install '/4" lauan plywood in all bedrooms. Trim bottom casing as <br />necessary to install plywood. Install a new vinyl floor in the bedrooms. <br />The vinyl to cost not less than. $ 18.00 sq. yard. Note: Lauan and vinyl <br />to extend into all closets. Install metal trim at all bedroom entrance doors. <br />Install matching shoe molding in all bedrooms. Properly nail new <br />shoe molding. <br />RIGHT REAR BEDROOM: <br />1. Install a new 1 3/8" interior door to match. Install new hinges and <br />privacy lockset. Door to open, close and lock properly. <br />
